• Daily Tips: Age-appropriate developmental advice
• Child Tracker: Milestone tracking based on child's age
• Community Forum: Peer support and discussion platform
• Push Notifications: Daily motivational messages and updates

2.1 Free vs. Premium Features

• Free Tier: 5 AI chat messages per day, basic features
• Premium Tier: Unlimited AI chat, full access to all features ($2.99/month or $29.99/year)

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Creating an Account

• You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One account per user; sharing accounts is prohibited

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in abusive or harmful behavior
• Post inappropriate content in community forums
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the service

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Post harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Share child exploitation material (zero tolerance policy)
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the app
• Scrape or collect user data without permission
• Use bots or automated systems to access the service

4.2 Community Forum Guidelines

• Be respectful and supportive to other mothers
• Keep discussions relevant to parenting topics
• Do not share personal identifying information
• Report inappropriate content to moderators
• Moderators may remove content without prior notice

5. AI Chat & Medical Disclaimer

You understand and agree that:

• AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate
• You should consult healthcare professionals for medical concerns
• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI suggestions
• Emergency situations require immediate professional help (call 911/112)
• AI conversations are processed through OpenAI's API (see Privacy Policy)

6. Premium Subscriptions

6.1 Pricing & Payment

• Monthly: $2.99/month, billed monthly
• Annual: $29.99/year, billed annually (save 16%)
• Payments processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

6.2 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before renewal
• Cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Premium access ends immediately upon cancellation

6.3 Free Trial (if applicable)

• First-time users may receive a promotional trial period
• Trial converts to paid subscription unless canceled
• One trial per user of 5 messages renwable daily

6.4 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled by Apple/Google according to their policies:

• Apple: Request refunds through App Store
• Google: Request refunds through Google Play
• We cannot process direct refunds for store purchases

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All app content, design, logos, and features are owned by Mama Ryadom:

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content
• App name, logo, and branding are trademarked
• Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited

7.2 User-Generated Content

When you post in forums or use features, you:

• Retain ownership of your content
• Grant us a license to display, store, and moderate your content
• Confirm you have rights to share any content you post
• Allow us to use anonymized content for app improvements

8. Data & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on:

• How we use your information (personalization, support)
• Third-party services (OpenAI, payment processors)
• Your rights (access, deletion, export)

9. Push Notifications

By enabling push notifications, you consent to receiving:

• Important app updates and announcements
• Premium subscription reminders (if applicable)

You can disable notifications anytime in device settings.

10. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

The app is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of AI-generated content
• Compatibility with all devices
• Specific results or outcomes

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to subscription fees paid (if any)
• We are not responsible for third-party services (OpenAI, Apple, Google)
• You use the app at your own risk

11. Third-Party Services

Our app integrates with:

• OpenAI: For AI chat functionality (governed by OpenAI's terms)
• Apple/Google: For payments and app distribution
• Firebase/Node.js: For backend services

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

12. Multilingual Support

The app is available in English and Russian:

• You can switch languages anytime in settings
• These Terms apply in all languages (English version prevails if conflict)
• AI chat responses match your selected language

13. Children's Safety

While the app is for parents, we take child safety seriously:

• The app is not intended for use by children under 18
• Do not allow children to access your account
• Child profile data (age, milestones) is never shared publicly
• We comply with COPPA and child protection laws
• Report any child safety concerns immediately

14. Modifications to Terms

15. Termination

• Premium subscriptions will be refunded proportionally if service ends

• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted
• You waive the right to class action lawsuits
• Small claims court remains available for individual disputes
